So today I decided to film this DIY instead of just using pictures, because I thought it was easier to understand that way. I hope you enjoy this and leave a comment down below if you have any suggestions for improvements.
LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE
So I guess summer is officially over with school starting up again. So today I’m just going to show you two really easy but cute ways to make your boring refill pads or copies look cute and personal. So let’s get started…
Taking you blank piece of paper, paint any colour or colours thatyou would like onto it. I used a light pink and blue to create and ombre effect for one. For the other, I placed the waterpaint colours in the corner and painted from there on outwards.
Once that has dried, you can leave it like so, or draw patterns and designs on it. Whatever you like. Make it your own. This way you can be sure that no one else will have the same copy as you.
Then all you will need to do is place it onto your copy with craft glue or Mod Podge. Paint a coat of glue onto the front part to seal in any design that you have created. Remember, this will not be perfect and air bubbles are completely normal…
Using old magazines that you don’t mind cutting up, cut rectangular pieces out that you can use as a label. Alternatively, you can use pieces of fabric or even make your own, as I have done with the colourful ones on the left hand side of the picture.
Using your glue, stick these to your unique and personal copy and simply write your class or name on it.
And voila! Now you have cute and colourful copies that you won’t mind using.
Enjoy and Good Luck xx
Just a quick DIY for all the make up lovers out there. All you need is:
Marbles (or any other decoration)
Just clean out the old soup can, apply some hot glue on it and arrange the marbles how you like. If you wanted to, you could paint the soup can first and only apply some marbles, instead of filling the whole can with marbles
For another idea, all you need is:
An old candle jar
All you need to do is cut out your desired shape on the paper and stick it to the jar. Then using some paint, beautify that jar! And voila! Your own and unique makeup brush holder. Now just add some beads that can be bought in any craft store and place some inside the jar. This will keep the brushes upright.
Thanks and good luck. xoxo
